ITEC Intelligent Services gets awarded contract to provide call baring services for Gamma Telecom MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) reseller

7th February 2008 - UK - ITEC Intelligent Services Ltd has been awarded a contract to provide 24 x 7 call baring support for a Gamma Telecom MVNO reseller. The function provided by ITEC will be access to its 24 x 7 technical support center in Newcastle to assist customers with lost and stolen mobile handsets on the Gamma mobile network.

Ross Teague, Director at ITEC Intelligent Services said: "We at ITEC are constantly working with our customers to add value to there business and business proposition's and we see the Gamma MVNO business growing rapidly over the next 12 months, so thought it was a goodtime for us to get involved as the solution is relatively embryonic at this stage. With communications continually converging we see mobile telephony as a key part of our technology set with solutions such as DiVitas and now the Gamma MVNO offering."
