IntelliWatch
Overview
ITEC's Intelli WATCH Network Management service is delivered by trained network management professionals utilising state-of-the-art fault management tools to monitor our clients' network devices 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
ITEC perform real-time fault management, with procedural diagnosis, initiation of remedial action, and reporting on SNMP-enabled network devices and attached communications links. These services can be underpinned with reports providing information on criteria such Ticket Activity or Network Availability times against defined Service Level Agreements. Reports can be tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
Service Deliverables
The Intelli WATCH service supports SNMP-enabled devices, systems and applications, as well as the attached communications links.
Some examples of equipment that can be monitored include:
- SNMP-enabled routers
- Router bandwidth monitoring
- Router trend Analysis
- SNMP-enabled ethernet switches
- SNMP-enabled hosts (ITEC can monitor for up/down status and availability of Windows, UNIX, Novell)
- Intelli WATCH can monitor that common applications such as WWW, Telnet, FTP, etc. are running on a server (NOTE: We cannot monitor that the content is being delivered as desired)
