TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIANS

ITEC Intelligent Services is one of the fastest growing IP technical support companies in Europe and are constantly on the look out for highly motivated, highly skilled support Technicians looking to be part of a growing team and company. The Technical support technician role will include the following:

• Remote telephone technical support for ITEC customers
• Management of customer faults
• Customer fault trouble shooting and resolution
• Technical interface for escalation to manufacturer/service providers
• Pre-staging and project delivery work
• Occasional onsite activity

Competitive rates are on offer and the candidate will require a minimum 2 year Technical support experience and come from an IP technology background.
